Once-11 Arquitectura was incorporated in 2011, in Mexico City. Its founder, Diego Yturbe Verea, is an experienced practicing architect with over 20 years. The practice puts together creative and innovative solutions to achieve a balance in architecture and design. With the co-founding of Casas Maxhome in 2012, Diego Yturbe Verea brings to the development company his vast experience in construction and real estate development, paired with in-depth knowledge of interior design. He studied at Parsons School of Design Paris, then studied at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, with advanced courses at Harvard GSD, UIA, and others.

Once-11 Arquitectura is a company that offers turnkey services to its clients, including functional, aesthetic, social, environmental, economic, and poetic design.
