This agreement outlines the terms of sale and the rights and obligations of members who register for a premium account on the Andezia.com website. By registering as a member with Andezia.com, you enter into a contract with Andezia and agree to comply with these provisions.

The essential features of the services offered by Andezia.com as part of the premium account subscription are detailed in the invitation sent to users. By agreeing to this agreement, the member acknowledges receiving a comprehensive description of the payment terms and the contract's fulfillment.

The price of the premium account is listed in US Dollars on the invitation. Payment may incur additional costs, including foreign exchange fees, commission fees from your bank, or other bank charges, for which you are responsible. The exchange rate applied will be the one in effect on the transaction day or the day before. If applicable, you are responsible for any local VAT based on your country of residence. The premium account will be activated once the full payment has been successfully completed, regardless of the payment method used. The premium account provides access to these services for a period of three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of activation.

All payments for the premium account membership are processed through third-party payment processors. All fees paid for the premium account membership are non-refundable.
