Located in Boulder, Colorado, Bohemian Wurst is a food truck specializing in the cuisine of Central Europe. This mobile extension of the already popular Bohemian Biergarten in Downtown Boulder, born in 2013, brings an individual culinary experience born in 2022. Their menu contains sausages, pierogies, giant soft pretzels, and other delights from Central Europe, which they proudly claim as "The Best Wurst in Town."
Owner/designer Zdeněk Srom hand-painted the truck, and a custom-welded WURST marquee sign was commissioned to make it evoke a classic European aesthetic and really set any event off. Bohemian Wurst is more than just a food truck; it represents a unique cultural ambassadorship from Central Europe, flowing the essence of tradition into Boulder. It fuses authentic taste with lively culture in its offerings, making it one of the more prominent event features of the Boulder culinary scene.
Even though Bohemian Wurst does have a set menu for large events, they are still open to negotiating personalized options for each private catering event.
