Having had almost 40 years in the food and beverage industry and a wealth of international cooking experiences, Chef Linda brings an international sense into each class: traditional Hawaiian ingredients meet her signature "local flavor." This singular approach showcases Hawaii's rich culinary heritage and inspires participants to take these techniques and recipes back into their own kitchens.

Classes are held in a cozy, beachy setting to further reinforce the friendly/casual nature of the session. With all ingredients and materials provided for students, they are invited into an entirely hands-on experience where they create the dishes from scratch, enjoy the process with others, and then sit down together to eat, with choices of wine, beer, or other beverages to keep company and food together.

Adding to the ultimate charm of Hawaiian Style Cooking Classes are five resident rescue chihuahuas and a friendly baby pig. These have become quite the favorite members of the class experience, and their playful presence is a great favorite among the guests. Lighthearted touches make this cooking class feel even more at home.
