Lisa Schmitz is the founder and has more than 30 years of experience in the design industry. Growing up surrounded by art and architecture, her creative path began with her grandparents' international-style cabin, which was furnished with a mix of modern and traditional elements in harmony. The exposure to design excellence at such a young age formed the basis for a career spanning luxury residential spaces to diverse commercial projects. After an apprenticeship at three firms, Schmitz founded her own practice, focusing on projects that reflect her passion for art, simplicity, and exceptional living environments.

Outside of work, she loves hosting backyard concerts on her iconic "Party Patio," exploring National Parks in her restored vintage Airstream, and documenting her adventures through sketching and journaling.
